The Kiwanis Club of Monterey is a part of Kiwanis International, a global organization of members dedicated to serving the children of the world. Kiwanis and its family of clubs (nearly 600,000 members strong) annually raise more than $100 million dollars and dedicate more than 18 million volunteer hours to strengthen communities and serve children. The Kiwanis Club of Monterey raises approximately $40,000.

Annual Fundraising Events
How We Help Our Community
The Kiwanis Club of Monterey raises approximately $40,000 through the annual Taylor Made Golf Tournament. This money is distributed through Grants to dozens of charitable organizations throughout the area and beyond. In addition, the Monterey Club hosts additional community events including Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners, Monterey Adopt-A-Park Project, Drive-thru Book Giveaways at La Mesa Elementary School and Food Bank of Monterey County.

Help Your Community
Kiwanis is an incredible opportunity to help your community and I strongly recommend you try it. Volunteerism is such a rewarding experience, and it is so easy to make a difference in the life of a child, or any community member in need, for that matter. Need exists all around us, every day, and we are often so busy living our own lives that we just do not see it. Please join us to learn more about our club! We meet every Wednesday at il vecchio Restaurant in Pacific Grove from 11:30am to 1PM.

Donate to the
Monterey Kiwanis Foundation
Each year, we raise about $40,000, mainly from the annual golf tournament, but we are always happy to receive general donations.

We meet every 1st, 3rd and 4th Wednesday from 11:30 – 1:00. We would love for you to join us as our guest to find out more about the Club! 2nd Wednesdays we meet in the evening and 5th Wednesdays are a Fun Night.
